Support for this game is none existant. my game is loading in someone elseses iPhone and Mac. when contacting support from the webportal, I get an email to contact then through the apps. the support setup on both, the iOS and Mac apps just keps going aroung with the automated responses and closing the conversation. If they don't fix this, theyll be gving me all the money I have spent back. will be filling a formal complain with Apple. How is my information been transfer to another Apple ID?

i do exactly what the bot says then he goes "what platform are you on?" then it closes conversatoin aand tells me again to start the process i just did and i'd reach support. I want to log into a new account on this device and i got a very very rude response from someone saying they dont recomend it. they basically told me it was possible but they weren't going to do it for me. i absolutly love this game besides the MANY small irritating details that i feel would make it better but i feel like no one wants to get in touch to discuss even any ideas. this game has been around for a long time apparently to have this bad of support system.

I am having major isssues with the events. I tried to reach customer support several times but I just get the autobot and it gives me directions to contact support. I follow the directions to contact support and once I get to "No" under was this helpful, there aren't anyother options to choose. It just says thanks for your feedback.
