Pay to play and win... Constant microtransactions 24/7 and deals that are not deals at all is a dealbreaker for me. Many states are controlled by a major alliance or 1 person and that leads to toxicity and drama. I thought the state chat was bad enough until insurgence chat came out; disgusting. Also, the in game support is useless! There is no option to ask general questions to a live customer support agent like other games who get back within 48 hours. If you are over charged; good luck getting a refund without giving extenstive documentation including bank and app receipts and screenshots and if app refunds you then game punishes you by withholding deals until you buy the amount you were refunded. Save your money and time and find another game that is not constantly bombarding you with so called deals and pressuring you to spend more money constantly.

I absolutely fell in love with this game in the beginning. It has a mysterious storyline with different obtainable characters, somewhat decent graphics, daily quests, your free to decorate your base (move buildings, create paths, etc.) I started an alliance and everything was going great, that is until we we’re attacked repeatedly by a nearby alliance that had way higher level troops. It’s actually ridiculous that you cannot move states once your headquarters reaches level 5. How can people who spend hundreds in the game to level up their troops be able to attack me, someone who can’t afford that? There really should be separate states for people who spend money because it’s very unfair. Also the community is toxic, there’s a lot of bullying in the chat from other alliances. This game had great potential until I felt like I had to grab my wallet to enjoy it anymore. They tease you with characters that are impossible to get, you have to login daily for any decent reward, and your basically screwed if your not in an alliance. Too many people trying to power trip. Don’t waste your time.
