I can’t get in the game, I put the name in. And there is no avatar. Or.. whatever it’s called. I Tap save because there is nothing else to tap, won’t work. I’ve reset my device. And it won’t work.

I tried over the course of several days, WiFi, 5G service, 4G service and nothing. The app downloads appropriately, I put in my name and then the avatar screen does nothing. Nothing loads.
