Misleading Purchase
So the “no ads” promised with purchase is wholly false. Absolutely nothing changed in having to deal with the new epic three-part miniseries ads. Never mind that most of those ads tend to hang during the first part and MAKES THEM EVEN LONGER.

Good game but the ads keep freezing and won’t let you go back to your game. When you kill the app then you lose your progress. Lame…

I like the game itself and the peaceful building of the villages. The graphics on the main elements - the game, the villages - are good. The graphics for other areas seem weak though. I like playing this, I do, but the ads are such a pain. More often than not, the ads never have a close out button appear and you have to close out of the app to get out of the ad. That makes it pointless to ever continue a game by watching an ad. You’ll sit through the ad and end up stuck at the end. That’s particularly true with the Royal gem game ad. If I see one I just close the game because there’s little chance I’ll be able to get out of the ad anyway.

Not anymore! Ad has bug, can’t close it, and those useless holiday passes forces you to watch animation which keeps interrupting the gaming experience. So broken now. I miss the old clean game and I can’t even pay to have the holiday passes or what ever it go away. Just awful

How do I get this game to update, I have passed the level, built all the thingys but it just keep saying “coming soon”, meaning once it updates I can go on to the next level. It’s been months and this thing still hasn’t updated, thanks in advance for your help with this.

The ads keep freezing so I have to keep coming out of the game and then coming back in, it’s really frustrating and I’m close to deleting this game because it’s been going on for too long. Please fix this or I’m going to have to let this game go.

Can’t close out the app, they freeze or just won’t close out and I end up having to close out the app and launch it again. Hopefully they fix it soon cuz I’ve been playing less and less.
