Good game but missions take to long
The game is fun until the wait times jump from 20 minutes to 5 hours which is absurd. The longest wait time in this game should be 30 minutes not 6-5 hours.

This game is absolutely fun until you run into glitches and cannot continue. I wrote to them about the first gems disappearing glitch, but there doesn’t seem to be a way for them to respond. I keep checking in my settings area where I sent my message to support, but no response. Now I have run into issues with not being able to access the screen to collect my rewards and all other jobs are saying cannot access area. I have reloaded game as well as tried their suggestion to deal with this glitch, but nothing seems to help. I am at a point where I cannot continue. But I absolutely loved this game up until this point. Ok. So waiting one day seemed to let me access my finished rewards. I am upgrading from a one star bummer, to four. I know the developers are working hard, i do wish there was better communication. Updated april 11, 2024. Looks like they fixed the last issue although no communication. But now the glitches are I have to reinstall each time I want to go to the Suez Canal, otherwise it says cannot go at this time. Very bummed. Game is pretty cool except for this current problem right now.

So, I have to deliver things to a place so I can advance? Ok. Wait it only accepts the purple boats? I have 20 boats! And only four dispatchers. It a nice looking game. But that resource mgmt is quite silly when you get surprised by the color of ships. The San Fran segment is fun, but no on other levels. Only purple boats, my ash! Please accept this criticism in the manner it was intended. This game is a homework assignment and it stinks.
