Repeated game freeze
Hi .im having trouble with latest update as it freezes most of the time whenever I try to open the game page and I can’t take any action until i shut down and restart my iPad.ive got the latest iOS version and its a brand new iPad.how can I fix it.

Should not cheat. Really like this game but it cheats. I have replayed many times and should have 3 stars every time but only get 2. Should be honest if you want people to continue to play. Lots of wasted time and effort to play and get cheated out of 3 stars when it goes beyond the third star and only gives credit for 2. Which by the way cheats you out of extra plays in the game.

On your specials I win all 25 and then I play 23 games in a row without the use of tools and I can’t get even one game piece. I’ve been playing for years but this is the worst. You need to allow the win or I will delete all your games in which I’ve spent hundreds over the years!!! Sunshine4u

Ridiculous that it will not let you progress unless you make an in-app purchase or make a subscription. For this reason I will be deleting the app. There are plenty of other games that do not frustrate like this.

The game asked you questions but don’t let you answer the way you want. For example, it asks if I want to use a fie cracker to automatically get 5 matches. Well, no, I don’t but it don’t give me the choice. I may not want the help.

I love this game and it’s challenges. However, I’m able to complete many games, but most times earn only one star, and once in a while I am rewarded with two. Very rarely do I get three stars. I don’t understand that at all. If you complete a game successfully, why aren’t you rewarded with three stars? I am frustrated too, with the “locked” portions of the game because “you lack enough whatever’s” to go forward, then get sent somewhat backwards by having to do a quest successfully and ultimately have to buy stuff to complete gathering your items. Everything’s about money...of course.

I have always enjoyed playing this game. BUT, the last couple of "special" games have been very frustrating. I win the same game multiple, multiple times (with no "help") and it still will veryrarely give out 3 stars after level 15 ( first started at 20). Same with some of the symbols. This is not right! Also, the ads have gotten longer, multiple parts, even gross (toenail ad!) Way too time comsuming!
