UPDATE REVIEW: So still no change even after they say contact them. They IGNORE EVERY EMAIL! The only thing they have a 5 star in is “IGNORING CORRESPONDENCE”!!! OLD REVIEW…Their customer service people have to be the rudest people around let alone the stupidest! Going on two weeks with an issue and their back to square one again trying to get it corrected!!!

I’ve gotten up to level 46 only by spending my entire life savings on buying special packages offered. You can’t expand without a ton of money. Since I’ve started this game to present time your extra items now cost so much more than before that it’s impossible to get them without a lot of money. The events are ok but I already own most of the items except for a few new ones. This game is all about spending money. Not enjoyable anymore. If you don’t join a team you can’t compete in the events. I don’t want to join a team because either no one does much or the opposite they are way too competitive. You should be able to play events on your own. I just finally deleted the game even after earning VIP status.

I love how my review from a year ago, and contacting the developers did NOTHING, except get worse. Now 3/2024, you need 4 ruby tokens instead of the 2 a year ago. Still can’t get any amount of them without paying real money like crazy. The paw prints are still there, doing absolutely NOTHING except get in the way. The stickers are still the same ones, with nothing new for years. Still 1 star review. Please explain the paw prints. Useless, unless you want to tap many times just to get to the playing area. I still don’t like that you NEVER get the red tokens you need for games without paying through the nose. Why does EVERY SINGLE item need the same tokens to start the upgrades? At least with Food Street you need different tokens for different items. AND, I’m totally over the stickers. They were cute for a while, but they are NOT a “prize”. This game is nothing but a money grab from the developers.

This is a great game, well- until you get to the higher levels. It takes so much time to earn items, it’s almost stressful. It’s mentally impossible to get through them for me. Some neighborhoods aren’t very friendly, and won’t let you join too, because of an “age limit”. But still, it can also be super satisfying when you cross levels. They have great outfit options, which is very fun. My favorite part is definitely designing my home. All though it’s a lot of work, it always pays off! If you like a challenge, this is the perfect game.
