Why would you make me wait 30 seconds in between ads for the galaxy chests? 25 ads for the gold chest, and I have to wait 30 seconds in between each one? Guess I’ll just stop watching the ads altogether for those chests.

Where is the customer support contact information? I try selecting app support and it doesn’t work. I try to select report a problem and that doesn’t work. Apple can’t help me with my issues and they told me to contact the app developer but it’s impossible.

Well, this game USED to be really fun. However, I logged into it today after not playing for several months due to IRL issues. When I came back, a LOT has changed, and not for the better. I can deal with most of these changes, but taking away my favorite ship is unacceptable. I don’t even see it on the list anymore. This used to be my favorite shooter style game. So good, as a matter of fact, that it was the only game of this style on my phone. But after about a half hour of seeing all the changes (especially the loss of my favorite ship), not only is it not my favorite shooter game, it’s not even on my phone anymore. It’s quite disappointing that this game has gone so far downhill. All that time and money I spent on this game is all down the drain. So much for those 3+ years I have been playing. What a waste. Sad when a good game turns into an absolute trash game. Anyhow, as much as I hate to say it, I will no longer be playing this one and will be looking for a new one to play. I am super bummed about what has happened to this game. Went from being super fun to nothing more than a cash grab. Oh… And there’s no sense telling me to contact them on their Facebook page. I tried that more times than I can count, and not only did I not get a reply, my messages were never even seen by their “support team”.
