I did a curbside pickup order from the Johnson Ferry Marriott Ga 30068. After letting the store know I had arrived and WAITING 15 minutes I walked into the store and could not get anyone to wait on me. Everyone was on their phone. There were no guest in the store. I had to tap the counter and speak loudly to get the attention of the drive through attendant. My food was sitting there. I was told they don’t know when people do the curbside alert. They could see me waiting from the drive through if they had put their phones down. They didn’t even offer to walk the meal out to my car. The food was cold. Our drinks were wrong. You would think after $50 sale they could get something right. As a business owner I would be making several employee changes.
