A new kind of grocery delivery
Walmart+ InHome is a new delivery service that gets the to-dos done. InHome uses smart entry technology to let our full-time, safety-trained associates deliver Walmart groceries and household essentials beyond your door. You can either set up your home's own keypad or get a smart device installed by our team to let associates bring in and neatly put away items into your home (even into your fridge). Head to www.walmart.com/plus/inhome to sign up and get started.

How to use Walmart+ InHome:

• See if your address is eligible, then sign up for InHome membership at www.walmart.com/plus/inhome

• After you've joined, place your order for store delivery in the Walmart app or on Walmart.com and make sure "InHome Delivery" is selected at checkout

• Your first order will arrive at your doorstep, so you can meet our team. Then, schedule an installation of a smart device (or set up your home's keypad) in our app to enable delivery into your home.

Key Features of the Walmart InHome app:

• Customers with devices set up can watch a video recording of every delivery into their home—they're available as soon as 15 minutes after delivery completion, and are watchable for up to a week after

• Get notifications at every step of your delivery—including when your order is on its way to your house and when the delivery has finished

• Meet the InHome associate who'll deliver your groceries

So far so good

Just became a InHome Member. Was a Walmart Delivery Member and I enjoyed that also just had some problems , with y’all so far so good!

Ashley was awesome!

My daughter was just recently killed and Ashley took a moment to let me share that with her and show her a picture and just let me talk about it for a second because it’s been the most difficult couple of weeks of my life. She put my dog and let me share, and let me cry for a second and then give me a hug. It’s nice to have someone that I’m not afraid of. That speaks English. That reads English. They can understand what I’m saying, where to put the groceries, and it doesn’t bring me rotten food or that’s going out the next day. I cancelled my service for InHome for many reasons but hopefully I can keep it a bit longer if you have more representatives like Ashley. Thank you In Home, thank you Ashley. She deserves a very big pat on the back and what I’m going through!

Walmart Home Deliver is Awesome!

I’ve been a home delivery customer for 3 years. The service is outstanding. There are updates on a regular basis on the status and delivery of the order. I’ve never had to return an item. Everyone I’ve met has been courteous. Thank you to all the team members that provide this personal service.

Always having trouble connecting to the server

This app truly never works. It always tells me they’re having trouble connecting to the server and to try again later. Always. Ugh.

InHome Delivery Needs Extreme Overhaul

I am a member of Walmart+ and InHome. As a handicapped senior customer, I am grateful for your Walmart+ shipping and especially for your InHome grocery service. Unfortunately, the InHome delivery has not been working properly for the past few months. For about one out of three deliveries, the groceries are out for delivery but end up being taken back to the store. Usually, after receiving a "running late" email, I hear nothing more even though my groceries are not delivered. Thereafter, my order appears to be cancelled, even though I am not notified that my order was cancelled. This week I’ve had issues with two in-home orders. Two days ago one was sent back to the store at 2:42 PM. When delivery was supposed to be between 2 and 6 PM. Atoms of disorder were sent by third-party delivery, and never arrived. I reordered and today when my order arrived, I was notified they forgot to put one bin into the vehicle so half my order is missing again. At the store I was advised to contact one 800 Walmart but they replied and told me they do not handle in home services.. How can this matter be resolved?
