Payment is always failed
No matter card or Apple Pay, it always tells me the payment failed. Such a waste of time.
Subway is unfunctional on my iPhone
I cannot believe that I spent 20 minutes, trying to either sign in or create a new account, and neither way would let me complete. When trying to sign in, it just processed forever. When trying to set up a new account, I started by entering my phone number… And the screen went gray when I click next and never moved to the next step. I actually got so focused that I sat outside of Subway and tried for 20 minutes of my lunch hour to do either one. Truly aggravating. I don’t know how many other people are having this problem, but my phone doesn’t have any special settings and I’m in a 5G network. so yes… Aggravating.
Would Be Great If It Worked
The app constantly crashes despite having the updated version, updated IOS and a strong cell/wifi signal. Not worth the frustration of the app not working long enough to even be able to sign in!
Buggy and doesn’t load
Can’t get into my account, won’t let me sign in or load to change my password. Fix all these bugs please

It would be great if it actually worked.
Payment failed
No matter what location or what card I use: it always says payment failed. Same with their website. Their server is horrible.
Subway's app and website have constant absurd issues
I like Subway's tuna sandwiches but almost every time I try to order there's a different issue that persists across the app and website and multiple devices. Subway needs to figure out their app, I should not be getting different technical errors with my order almost every time I attempt to order. I cannot get a sandwich today because of "processing issues".
