Glitch will not let me log in
Its been many weeks, perhaps even months, and countless calls and texts to NYT. Somehow I, fell into a tech glitch that yielded my login code expired although it is supposed to be “renewable” every 24 hours. No one seems to care to help me and to resolve. This is the worst in customer service. I really hope someone eventually takes an interest in correcting.
I no longer search for recipes online
I just search in the NYT Cooking app. It’s curated, has a broad range, and isn’t filled with a bunch of crappy writing at the front so I have to scroll past a ton bunch of ads.
My only cooking app
Don’t think you’ll need any other app for cooking, at least I haven’t in the past few years. Love all the things and couldn’t imagine a life without Melissa Clark.
Unhealthy ingredients
Unfortunately, this is out of touch with modern healthy eating standards. Despite being delicious recipes they are just not complete without being modified.
Hasn’t worked on Apple Watch for months
Messages from support say “we’re working on a fix “ but 3 updates later and still no fix.
NYT Food Section
They really seem to have the measure of the recipe. Excellent
A winner
It’s become my go-to cookbook!
