Horrible, horrible app
This app has never worked, from the first time I tried it during the pandemic. There is always an issue with adding items to your bag. Today I wanted the 8 pcs for $10. Every time I tried to add it to my bag an error message popped up telling me I couldn’t combine special offers. I had nothing else in my bag! If you want miced extra crispy and regular you’ll have to go into the store and order. Can’t do that thru the app. Horrible, horrible app.

Our first time using this app to get a special promo. Was very hard to navigate and they would not honor the promo. Very disappointed. The manager has no authority to make things right. Will take our business to other chicken restaurants that know how to give great service.

I didn’t get my drink! I only got the straw inside but where is the drink! Did you guys forget it or did the driver take it? Not to mention that the driver left the food without even calling or massaging, I got it from 8500 Xylon Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445 And it happens multiple time fix it please.

Just as the title says… offers won’t work. Every time I click on an offer, I get a empty white pop up at the bottom of the screen and the app freezes. No problem processing order if you don’t try to redeem an offer.

Tried to get the free 10 pc saucy nuggets (free with a $10 order in the app) but it wouldn’t apply, even though I had $14 in my bag. The whole screen just went grey.
