I noticed that there is no option to add a tip with delivery orders which stops me from using the app to order because I don’t usually have cash on hand. Please remediate this

1. Servers don’t know when you’ve paid via the app, so they think you’re dining-and-dashing when you leave. 2. You cannot submit your receipt on the app, either by bar code or manually entering your ticket number. You have to go to the website for that. 2. PanCoins (ie, reward points) are not reflected if you’ve manually added a receipt going through customer service or by going to their website. There is a disconnect between this app and IHOP employees, both the servers and customer service reps. The only way this app will work as it was intended is to use it for to-go orders only, and even then you’re getting a menu that is far more limited than what you would get with dine-in.

Does not take receipts in which you bought food and had a reward in the receipt. Get error and can’t ever enter. What about all the other food I just bought? There have been times when I go to use rewards knowing I have 20 coins and the app pulls up zero. I open up after i leave restaurant and they appear. Very glitchy!!!

I’ve tried using this all multiple times to order. Once I enter my phone number and car make and model it won’t allow me to continue on to make my payment. Horrible app. Not user friendly.

To whoever designed this app, do you actually eat at ihop? Not every ihop has QR codes on the receipt. The pay and go feature is absolutely useless if your receipt doesn’t have a QR code. Why not make an alternative where users can input the check number and pay that way?
