My overall experience
This store has literally everything! I would recommend getting and buying from here. When I go into the store, the employees are rude. So I started getting my snacks from here. Now, I don’t have to deal with them anymore. So overall, this is really perfect!

When using my phone number the app does not send a code or call my number. I have contacted support multiple times. Add back the option to login using my email or remove the number filtering that you are using which is blocking contacting my phone number. Developer Response: I have been calling support for years now, they do not assist. I have a valid cell phone number, your system does not sent the code.

Still waiting for email to confirm account is cancelled along with whatever response is needed. Also had same trouble setting up the app. If I do t receive the email in a timely manner, they don’t cancel account yet they have made it so I can longer use my cell phone for the account which is in limbo until I receive their email. If not, I will still have an account with a phone number they can no longer use with the app. Update: Sunday . I still haven’t received email to complete my account deletion. Yet they have burned my phone number so can’t use the app. I called again today and they said I have to wait 24 hours. I said I’ve already waited at least a week since I asked to cancel my account. Then the guy blamed their system & said I have to follow the process and wait for the email that was not sent and may never be sent. Tuesday I’ll call again if I don’t get the email. Figure they’ll tell me the same info and make me wait another 24 hours. Maybe they have no desire to delete my account that contains information. They have trashed my phone number and may never delete my account.

I have been having issues logging into the rewards and I spoke on the phone with Marvin. Boy let me tell you this person is literally the best customer service rep I have ever spoken with. Marvin had my account recovered and questions answered in 10 minutes AND was super nice the entire time. The app itself is super easy to use and very helpful

App crashes while attempting to open. :( Update: crash bug persists on iPhone 13 Pro Max with latest iOS version Edit: developer recommended clearing cache, uninstalling & reinstalling, deleting app data, etc. Unfortunately, it remains broken for me as of 2024/04/21, even when following the steps. Strange.
