Zelle® has partnered with leading banks and credit unions across the U.S. to bring you a fast, safe and easy way to send money to friends and family. Money moves quickly - directly from bank account to bank account. If your bank or credit union offers Zelle, you already have it in your mobile banking app or online banking – if they don’t, the Zelle app will make it easy for you to send money to enrolled Zelle users that already have access through their financial institution. Zelle. This is how money moves®. Using just your recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number, you can settle up simply and safely with almost anyone you know and trust. Even better, Zelle does not charge any fees to use the service. (Mobile carrier or bank fees may apply). GET STARTED: 1. Download the Zelle app. 2. Enroll using a Visa® or Mastercard® debit card linked to a U.S. checking account; or 3. Enroll your U.S. checking account by using your online banking username and password, if your bank supports this feature*. 4. Choose a person to pay, or request money from, by entering their U.S. mobile number or email address. 5. Confirm the amount and hit send. If they’re already enrolled with Zelle, they’ll typically get the money in minutes. If they aren’t, they will be notified and can follow a few simple steps to complete the payment. *Some banks allow customers to enroll in the Zelle app using their online or mobile banking username and password. Fast and no fee
I love that i can send direct payments with no fees.
NOT the best
This app seems to always have a error for hours or days at a time just to log in Then some times it won’t even let you send money out It works way better if you have it straight though your bank they need fix these glitches
Slow Loading
I like Zelle, but it takes way too long to load on my phone.
No Way To Receive Funds
I used to have Zelle through Wells Fargo, but I switched banks over a year ago and my current banking institution doesn’t work with Zelle. I don’t mind that at all. I prefer Cashapp anyways. Here is the problem. There have been a handful of times since then where I have been sent money through Zelle by accident (usually a friend forgets I don’t have Zelle anymore or something like that) and there is absolutely NO way for me to be able to receive that money or for them to at least get that money back. It’s just out in the ether, I guess, I don’t know. But there should be an option to reverse a transaction that hasn’t been accepted yet or to decline a transaction that you can’t receive. It’s absolutely ridiculous and borderline thievery.

Easy to use app for money transfer!
Zelle is great. Simple to use.
This app is so stupid
This app is constantly locking me out, forcing me to call just to unlock my account. Who's in charge here? It's like they're being run by some paranoid boomer who doesn't get tech at all. Seriously, a friend sends me $60 while visiting here from Vietnam, and when I try to repay them, I have to wait until Monday to call and unlock my profile because of some security issue with receiving money from someone unfamiliar. It's unbelievable!
