After the upgrade made a week ago the app is not working on my iPad
Worst banking app ever
This app is not proper for a bank to have. It does not reflect the professionalism and quality of service that I expect from a bank. It makes me lose trust in the bank and its products. It also makes me frustrated and angry every time I try to use it. I regret downloading this app and I wish I deleted it from my phone.

Worst banking app in history
Interface is very bad, login process is VERY frustrating. They don’t support Face ID for fast login. They disable copy/paste thinking that’s how security should be, they don’t support password managers, and if you’re copying your password letter by letter from another app, every time you switch back to the app they delete existing characters. Worst of all, after doing everything right the app says “error processing your request”. It’s easier to go to the bank than use this app! 😂 You’re a big bank, invest in your technology, don’t be cheap.
Login
This is has been bugging me for a long time and I’m just going to come out and say it. The iPhone X (with Face ID) came out back in 2017, and it is utter nonsense that I cannot use Face ID to login and I cannot copy and paste my username and password. Please fix this, let us login with Face ID. And while we are at it no iPhone sold today has a fingerprint scanner (AKA Touch ID).
