Very poor online features compared to other banks
The website is not intuitive and very low limits are permitted.
WORST BANK EVER
This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I applied for a personal loan so I decided to open a new account with PNC to have my loan there. Once I wanted to do an online purchase, my account was locked as a fraudulent activity. I have contacted them multiple times and even went to a local branch with no success. If YOU DECIDE TO OPEN AND ACCOUNT WITH THEM DO NOT.
Customer for over 50 years
I have never had a problem with PNC. A couple glitches have happened over the years and they have helped me tremendously. My husband passed and he took care of our banking so they were a big help.
Software Update?
Why has it been almost two months since a software update? What are you waiting for? You know scammers are working everyday 24 hours a day to pinpoint vulnerabilities to potentially exploit. updated to security/app should be more frequent, it’s starting to freak me out how behind PNC tech appears to be each passing day.
Always down
“ We are working to make Mobile Banking available as soon as possible.” Very disappointing pnc. Do better
Still waiting
The new app stinks….still waiting for it to load and it’s been two days
New App
Cannot figure out … other was good enough … I don’t like playing around with this app stuff … I could not set nick name … wonder if other banks are doing this … will investigate … 🥹
