App is broken
I can’t progress past where it asks which industry I am in.
Sign up is broken
I can’t sign up as it tells me to choose an industry but there is nothing to choose.
Buggy
Fine when it works which is rare. Current bug - An SMS code is required to login but they acknowledge in the latest version, the SMS doesn’t work with US telephones.
3D Secure Not Working

Worst app ever
Impossible to open an account using the app even though it promises you can. Constantly hung and crashed as well
Frustrating to use
We are trying to open an account and although all our documents have been stored in the app we cannot move to the next stage to make a virtual appointment.
App crashes on iPhone 14.4
A terrible experience trying to sign up. It has crashed on me 7 times. I'm stuck on the 8th time with it asking my occupation- the field entry is choose industry but there is no choices/menu so I type in retail and an alert prevents me from going further with "choose industry" so frustrating -remove the field check or put in a choice menu and check app against iOS 14.4
