Got the free trial before buying VIP membership and now that free trial is complete and 1st payment of $29.99 has been deducted from my credit card the app hasn’t provided a signals since March 3, 2023 and today is March 9, 2023, so for six days no activity or updates to my live chat inquiry. Base off this experience I wouldn’t recommend.

When you first download this app and open it up, it presents you a screen of the active market along with a “demo account” sort of thing. It basically shows you the market in real-time, but with all of their supposed signals they posted against that market, up to the close of market on the previous trading day. Nothing wrong there so far, as it kind of gets you hopeful and optimistic based off of what you see. It definitely gives the appearance that these guys give accurate, timely and profitable signal alerts. However, the catch is you have to sign up for their subscription in order to start receiving current real-time signals. You know, the ones that are given prior to their predicted market movement so that you’re given a chance to act on them and hopefully find some value in their monthly subscription payment...which by the way is $29.99! When you go to pay, it’s not like every other app in apple’s AppStore. Instead of paying thru iTunes, it prompts you for payment via PayPal. At first you may think nothing of it due to your eagerness to to want to get in on these profitable signals they appear to be generating which could be earning you some decent profits. So after accepting their terms and setting up the automatic PayPal recurring membership, you quickly start to realize that all of the signals they post are late...as in, they’ve already happened. Most of the time, they happened hours before the signal posting. No, it’s not a glitch nor is it a delay on my phone or anything like that. (I tested this out on my iPad as well btw) but then you start to analyze all of their reviews more closely and you can’t help but notice all of the irregularities with the posts that give them 5 stars. It seems that all of the genuine reviews (Anybody who’s had an iPhone for more than a few months should know what a real review vs a fake one looks like by now) give them anywhere from 1 to 3 stars. In fact, there isn’t one real review that gives them anything above a 3. Moreover, when you go to cancel the subscription, you have to do it thru paypal. Even tho they advertise that they have customer service support ready to assist you as soon as you reach out. Plainly put, that’s just a flat out lie. See, they don’t have a feature anywhere in the app which gives you the ability to simply cancel your membership. No no no, the only way to cancel is by emailing their customer service, which by the way, will never respond to said emails requesting termination of membership. At first I have them the benefit of the doubt, but then I sending my emails with a “read receipt” utilizing Microsoft outlook. Sure enough to my surprise, I would get the receipt back from Microsoft showing that they would open my email and read it within an hour or two of me sending, but never actually respond. As a matter of fact, I have SIX emails that I sent them in a matter of a two week period requesting to terminate my account and all 6 of those emails shows that it was open and read by them, all on the same day. Not even once did they ever reply to any of those emails, nor did they ever cancel my membership. As a matter of fact, they continued to open and read my emails all the way thru until I was once again charged this outrageous membership fee. I had to go thru PayPal customer service at that point and submit a dispute. This lasted for a few months cause oddly enough, when PayPal reached out to them for information, they quickly responded to their email. How do I know this? Well, PayPal customer service sent me a screen shot directly of the email! Plain as day, and completely lying and trying to argue their validity in not canceling the subscription by stating that I never requested to cancel in the first place. Luckily my gut feeling about these guys led me to save ever single email and read receipt I had on these guys, so I was able to submit an appropriate rebuttal to PayPal. After PayPal presented my evidence to them and requested if they had anything in return that could substantiate their claim, PayPal never heard from them again regarding the matter. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND LIARS.....beware and save your money and your time. Apple, you should really consider some kind of an investigation on these guys and remove them from the AppStore immediately!!!

There is no way to directly contact the “customer service” people. No phone number, no love chat, no nothing. Also, all of the reviews on this app are from the same day? All of these things scream fraud; I just noticed it too late.
