Fantastic app with room for improvement
The interface, options/features for budgeting, and inclusion of Apple Card Cash support makes this app amazing for me! The main reason, as others have pointed out, for knocking off a star is the performance of the app - while performing simple tasks like selecting "Review" for transactions, re-verifying Amazon, or just scrolling through the dashboard, the spinning beachball will appear and/or there will be a 10 second delay.
United StatesData Mysteriously Lost, Poor Support
Began using the app several months ago and it worked very well for my needs. After an update was pushed through, the app became very unstable with transactions sometimes taking over a week to refresh. My account was suddenly deleted shortly thereafter. Support was not able to recover the data, and to date, cannot even restore my subscription to set up a new account. Requests for a partial or full refund of my prepaid annual subscription are ignored by support. As of now, I spent $100 for an app that I can’t even access.

I’m still learning it and loving what I’m seeing so far. I’ve been through a few finance apps and either there was a serious learning curve, or it couldn’t meet my specific needs. I’ve only had the app a few days and have been putting it through different scenarios to see if it will work for my personal and business finances, and it has passed with flying colors. I don’t recommend things until I have tried them out first hand. If this app continues to perform the way it has for me, I will be sharing it with family and friends. Great work, Team Copilot!

The UI /UX on a simple walkthrough is gorgeous and very promising. I so wanted this app to work but after taking a deeper dive and finding very rudimentary usability issues, missing basic functionality and bugs, I decided to check back in a year.

Looking for a Mint alternative, and after many reviews decided to give CoPilot a try with a 2 month free trial. Download the app, and first thing I see is a button: Coming from Mint? Learn more. Click the button and met with my first error message: Something’s gone wrong. Content could not be loaded. Close and reopen the app, same thing. Move to demo mode to give it another try. Every button to Learn More launches a pop up that says the same thing: Something’s gone wrong. Content could not be loaded. I see no way to enter a referral code to ensure I can actually try the app. For now, back to finding a replacement for my beloved Mint.

When looking to move away from Mint I looked at everything. Quicken Simplifi came close. Quicken itself was super arcane and hard to reason about. Nothing had the level of mobile support that I wanted. Copilot was the answer to a prayer. It's got the best feature set in the category and has been an app that we've stuck with for a year, and are going to continue to do so.
