Chase is the best credit card I have I rate their customer service five stars you could always get someone to talk to you don’t have to wait every other card I have they make me wait not anytime I call I get a representative within a couple minutes Chase is the best Bank by far!!!
FRUSTRATED
signed up for an account online because of the promo that was “join us and get $300 when money was direct deposited” okay well it’s been 3 weeks and i have still not gotten my debit card yet and i got paid last week. i switched over my direct deposit to this account so i can’t get ahold of my money . i can use it on apple pay sometimes but now i’m trying to get food can’t get it to work called they said oh do this and it’ll work. i did what the guy said and it still won’t go through. and i can’t pay any of my bills because i can’t put the card number in because I DONT HAVE MY CARD!!!!! and to top it all off i still haven’t gotten the $300. i’m just going to switch back to my old bank and close this account it’s too much of a hassle and not worth it.

I am extremely upset with your company and I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. You have completely messed up my checking account and put me in a situation where I cannot buy food for my family! On 3/22 you all credit my account $1000 from a online transfer that I mistakenly requested to come from an external account to my Chase account. The external account that I send my rent payments to. I was made aware of the debit from by my landlord that her account $1000. So I checked my Chase account and I had an extra $1000 in my account so I transferred it back to my landlord. Today I received a alert from Chase that my account is overdrawn because my account was debited $1000. Now my account is messed up because you all put my in my account that you didn’t verify if it was available! This is unacceptable and again I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and am going to research more agencies to make them aware of you all mishandling your customers money!
Funds held for no reason
I just opened the account and they held my check for unknown reasons for more than 10 days

Seems that chase has a web page problem it’s the only bank that more times than not have system temporarily down!!! Almost ready to go back to boa
