Data breach n spam charges
Wells Fargo is well known for data breach.. recently my account got fraudulent charges and not reachable. We have go around n report it as a lost card, that’s not actually happened. They are doing fraudulent business. Even to dispute a transaction we to call them n wait in line forever. Not recommended for anyone

United StatesThe worst credit card experience ever 🤬
I opened this card with the great expectation that I will save some money. However only one month in, I have to call Wells Fargo FOUR times for four different issues. 1. Fraud charges 2 days after I opened. Called and got a new card delivered. 2. Can’t make bank payment through the app. Called and was told that I needed to pay via Wells Fargo online banking. Which is making Bilt a useless app. 3. Woke up to find out that my card is temporarily suspended. Called and was told that my bank payment through Wells Fargo didn’t go though. Although the payment was taken out from my bank account to pay the balance, and I explained that too. The agent helped me lifted the restriction. 4. The same day as the third call, I noticed my account was CLOSED. I didn’t get any notification or text messages. I had to call again and they told me that because of my bank payment didn’t go through, they decided to close my account (which is not true). No way to dispute. I told the agent: I actually don’t care now. Opening Bilt has given me more hassles than any other credit cards I used. Good thing it’s closed:)) Just a reminder, all of these happened in the FIRST month I applied for the card. If you are looking to save money, please don’t use this. For reference: I have used discover, Amazon card, and Amex gold card. All of them work perfectly, and I never need to call them this many times to resolve simple stuff.
