App is constantly resetting my PIN as a security precaution. It then asks me to call to fix it which is sometimes impossible when traveling outside the EU. It is hard to convince the customer service people that people may travel to other nonEU countries where Polish phones do not work. The login setup is extremely annoying with moving digits of your ID and millekod.

I don’t know if there’s a better one, but I guarantee you I am going to look for other options. It won’t let me link the app to my account, and I’m not in PT. On top of that the bank in general has the dumbest password system I’ve ever seen in my entire life, they give you a seven digit number and then ask you for parts of it in different orders, like I’m going to remember that. What good is a password I have to write down to figure out how to access my account.....
