Purchased my tickets few months in advance and got confirmation. Few days before event no messages, so I began calling CS. They keep saying to wait until seller releases the tickets, check your email they said. I kept waiting and calling/messaging back - same response. At the day of event I was really nervous because I booked hotel and needed to travel close to the event. Same old news - wait for seller. An hour before the event they transferred me to their fulfillment department and they offered a replacement in a different section far away plus some refund. Finally after so many calls and lost of mood I got to the event. Will never use them again! For paying so much money I would expect a guarantee to have tickets, especially if you traveling. Next time I will only use services that provide instant transfer so I know the tickets are in my posession

Placed an order for 2 tickets to Gabriel Iglesias comedy show in Dallas, TX months before the event. Vivid Seats stated that I would receive my tickets on or before 4/14/2024. The day of the event, NO TICKETS WERE RECEIVED. Called customer services and was on the phone with them 2 hours before the event started and all they could tell me is that the seller had transferred the tickets and there is nothing further they can do. The customer service rep stated it must me an issues on Ticket Master end and told me to call Ticket Master. Ticket Master had no sign of any tickets. Vivid Seats customer service rep stated there is nothing they could do as it shows tickets were transferred. I never received an email with my tickets or instructions on how to receive my tickets. I did receive my receipt of $500 showing I paid for those tickets. After 2 hours and 30 minutes of I ONLY RECEIVED RUDE RESPONSES AND NEVER RECEIVED THE TICKETS and WAS NOT GIVEN A REFUND Vivid Seats customer service rep stated they did their investigation and because the seller showed proof of sending the tickets, they would not refund me my money. I asked to see the proof the seller provided then, and Vivid Seats customer service rep stated they could not show me.

Purchased seats for comedy show. Received confirmation email and thought I was good to go… Wrong!! Received an email day of show, that tickets weren’t actually available. Asked about the 100% guarantee and that doesn’t guarantee the ticket, just that they aren’t fraudulent. If they aren’t fraudulent why didn’t I receive the tickets? No good answer from Vivid. I picked Vivid Seats to purchase tickets through and should have used a different site. Got a refund, but that left me where I was prior to using their site. No tickets and show sold out after I purchased through them. Had to hear about the show from friends who used StubHub at the same time I purchased mine. Lesson learned!!

The customer service is terrible. I had four tickets with insurance to Disney on Ice. On the way to NRG we got into a bad accident. I called they were not willing to refund me or change the dates for ticket. I even stated I could provide proof. Not to mention asked I to speak with a supervisor and the representative would not put one on. They refer you to the insurance company and the insurance company refers you back to them. Please do not use this company stick with ticket master directly.

I just had a terrible experience. I bought tickets for a concert here, the date of the event got moved to another day that I couldn’t attend. I received the notification directly from Ticketmaster and they said my ticket was elegible for a full refund, since si got my tickets through VividSeats they recommended to reach out to them. They simply said that the refund was impossible. After a few phone calls a lady in customer service suggested to sell my tickets, she didn’t help but suggested to google another page and wished me good luck. So annoying!!!

I didn’t realize these were resell tickets when I purchased them. The fees on the tickets were insane, like 30% of the ticket price. I tried to get a refund and they told me I was out of luck but I could sell them. I go to sell them and it says I cannot sell them because they are etickets, even though I bought them from this website. So mad right now.

I ordered tickets through vivid after being told it was a legit site. I received my email confirmation and a second email with steps to download the tickets to use electronically when I tried to enter the venue they said the tickets had to be printed. I have reached out to Vivid several times with proof of all my emails that state I could use it electronically and they refused to make things right. definitely wouldn’t recommend.
