I had accidentally purchased tickets for a show that I could not attend (the next day from what I meant to buy). I wrote to customer service right away. They gave me a voucher to re-buy the correct date. The only think I do not like is they made it seem like I wouldn’t be helped because I didn’t buy their ticket protection, even though it was literally within minutes of my purchase. I don’t think that would be fair. A day later or after, absolutely!
