Fees to high
In this modern age, in the year 2024, utilizing AI and every other mobile tech you can get your hands on, you should not be charging us these exorbitant fees. It’s an outrage.

Unless you are bot yourself you won’t be getting ticket from Ticketmaster. Today for preorder, I was in line before preorder opened, and when it opened I was 15500 person in line. I got to buy a ticket within 20 minutes. However, pay attention what kind of tickets are available. Tickets were sold out and anything available was from scalpers since Ticketmaster bluntly allow reselling of the tickets on their own service. They get service fees from original purchase and from you, while you end up either not going or paying double or triple price of the ticket straight through Ticketmaster…and they are the only option, you can’t get tickets through any other vendor. This is monopoly at its finest with severe predatory tactics. They should be investigated for anti consumer practices.

I tried to view the details on a add on feature, but the window that popped up did not show the full statement and there was no way to go back. Only option is “Cancel” at top left and it took me out of my purchase.
