All of the event times for the tickets in listing are off by 2hrs. There is no time zone setting so no clue if it can be fixed. Address book has 25 entries for the same address and can't be deleted because they're associated with a transaction. Sales are sorted by oldest sale first. Have fun scrolling for years to find the most recent one. No sort option to change to "Recent".

You have to get very deep in the process - like, ‘enter your credit card info’ deep - to discover highly variable buyer fees that sometimes get to 30%. We can all do better and not buy from Stub Hub until they make their fees transparent.

Just go straight to ticket master . They scammed me . I thought I bought good tickets at a good price and a good spot but would not deliver the tickets to me the day of the event and minutes before the event it gave me tickets for the wrong event and wanted to replace my tickets for cheap seats all the way to the back and my family not sitting together. Don’t trust them . At least I’m not .

Bought tickets for the Broncos vs Vikings game and they last minute revoked our tickets. Keep in mind we had already traveled to Denver from Iowa!!!! We ended up getting into the game after buying new tickets for 2 grand more to than we originally payed for. Also keep in mind the app says tickets are always 100% guaranteed. I will never use this app again.

I show different ticket options between app and website, neither will let me finish filling out contact info and neither allow me to move past the ticket selection, therefore I can’t buy a ticket and the contact help center also crashed.

I bought two Ohio State Vs Michigan football tickets which were listed as a mobile tickets. Then I get an email saying they are sorry but they are actually paper tickets which I did not want. The game is playing on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. So how am I supposed to get my tickets on time ?? That is why I wanted mobile tickets - so I didn’t have to be concerned about this. Go somewhere else to buy tickets.
