A few updates ago the audio for the app on my iPad 6 doesn’t work when u open the app. I have to turn the volume up for it to work. It’s the only app that does that. I have not changed anything on the app like I said a few updates ago it worked fine. That’s why I gave the app a one star ⭐️ before that update I wood have gave it 5 star ⭐️. I hope someone can fix it 🖖🏻
United StatesIronically does not work when on Spectrum network
Used to be solid and reliable. It’s been about 9 months now where the app will not connect to channels and gives “channel not available” error ONLY WHEN ON HOME SPECTRUM WIFI. As soon as I turn WiFi off, it connects to the channels that allow streaming off network, and the others still can’t be viewed. I’ve re-installed the app multiple times, restarted router and modem, and everything else on the network is fine.

If not on my phone or iPad, the service just cuts out for no reason. I often can’t cast to my TV through Google Chromecast or Apple Air Play.

Whatever you guys did on the most recent update (Today is 4/15/24) has caused the app to lag, stall, etc on AppleTV. My unit is hardwired to my router, should not have any lag at all. So bad you can skip forward at all.

This is the crappiest app ever. It only works about 50 % of the time. I’ve installed & uninstalled it several times. But so often, when I try to watch live tv, it doesn’t work. So aggravating!!

• We fixed a message that didn’t look quite right. • Sometimes, you couldn’t minimize the live TV player. That won’t happen anymore.
