We have showtime bundled with our already overpriced cable package and every other channel involved lets us sign in with our provider. Showtime always did as a well and now you want us to pay for a SECOND SUBSCRIPTION to bundle it with paramount+ which is the worst streaming service available? This is not only infuriating but also unacceptable. Could you be more greedy? We already pay for you! I’m not paying again! Looks like we will just cancel it outright and forget showtime altogether.

I got Showtime bundled with my Spotify student premium. Never used it, then looked up a show I’ve been wanting to watch for a while. Saw that it’s apparently on Showtime. I thought, great! I’ll finally get some use out of this streaming service. I download the app, get everything situated, then see that the app is essentially useless. That in actuality, I have to go to Paramount+ to watch the show. Mind you, I saw that according to Google the show is on Paramount+ but when I checked, (I have an existing Paramount+ subscription) it said I needed Showtime. So I thought that’s fine, a bit misleading on Google’s part, but I have Showtime, so who cares, right? Surely I can link my Showtime account and my Paramount+ account, verify my Spotify info, whatever - nope! I’m prompted to purchase an add on to my existing subscription to watch Showtime… WHICH I ALREADY PAY FOR BUNDLED IN MY SPOTIFY SUBSCRIPTION. Useless app, useless streaming service. I swear it would be easier to cancel all of these subscriptions and pirate the shows I want to watch. It would be infinitely less complicated and wouldn’t cost me a dime.
