I have used the PNP for YEARS and this is the first time that a photo is not included in the free video. Very disappointing.

Prior to this year we loved this app- my daughter would love the videos and calls!! This year there is some kind of glitch, my “pass” renewed Nov 24th and nothing has worked since then, I cannot make any videos for my daughter. I sent a support email 2 weeks ago and still nothing… if this isn’t resolved, I will be canceling my subscription. Fix the problem!! I’ve logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing is fixing the problem, nothing will “restore” my purchase to make things work.
