Simply connect with your partner's phone within the app and give up control! The person with a toy should have their smartphone within 3-5 feet of them at all times. The app can run in the background, so it can be in your purse or pocket while your partner has complete control via their smartphone. This feature is also great for long distance couples. You also have the ability to create your own vibration patterns. Our fun tap and slide control interface makes it easy to make unique patterns. Our powerful vibration motor allows a large range of possibilities. After creating a pattern, you can share it (anonymously) with the world. Connectivity Issues Always
I’m in a long distance relationship that requires physical connection across states, this was a great alternative to that. this app doesn’t ever stay connected when going off the app screen. This is supremely disappointing. Please fix this issue as it used to work and now it doesn’t. I can’t stay on the app the entire time i’m using the toys.

Toys do not work manually. Button only turns it on and off, does not cycle through vibrations levels. App control feature only works on WiFi only, can’t use data.

We have this hush 2 and finally got the remote working and it WAS working on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and she has a iPhone 14 Pro When at home I control it with my phone or watch because it’s Bluetooth but when I’m at work and doing remote it was working with my watch which all of our Apple devices are all up to date including WatchOS When I try from my watch it “line busy” and never connects so only thru my iPhone My watch also has NUMBER SHARE thru Verizon so my watch can do calls by itself when not near my iPhone I am sending a email back to support for this to be corrected but I wanted to bring it up in the review It’s great that I can put my control over her anywhere I am but at work I need my watch to do this, can’t be working and messing with my iPhone

Been using the app since covid was occurring and over the course the app has gotten better but still not as streamlined like Discord or Snapchat is for texting, sharing media or voice chats. With the amount of money lovense toys are their R&D for their software is miles behind other social apps. What’s annoying is the app when it gets updated it doesn’t say what is getting fixed and it would be nice if it did so we the customer can hold Lovense accountable for the improvements of their app. With every update I see I hope a bug I’ve reported is fixed but not always. It’s like the company is spending millions into the hardware but not the software and at times the software performs so badly it blocks me from having a play session with a partner remotely which is the point of this app. When I can I use other apps for audio, texting, and media sharing when interacting with a play partner because this app is so buggy. It’s great lovense is producing more hardware and it’s awesome but we the customer need a better app!
