Update: wrote kortv an email and no response. Guess what, they auto-charged me for content I am no longer getting. This app on AppleTV is a rip off. Do not dl this app and expect any kind of support. I want my refund!!! Hi, My grandmother had the Y news channel through the KorTV app on Apple TV (1st gen) for as long as we can remember at $1.99 a month. The monthly charges have been ongoing. However, the Y News app is no longer working as it is stating to get the channel for a package at $14.99 a month. Can you provide an update as to why this is and how to get the channel back? I’ve tried restore purchases dozens of times and it’s conveniently unable to connect. Please fix. Best regards,

This is specifically for the KORTV App on the Apple TV. I am not sure where to report issues. Stuck in subcategory and have to delete and reinstall app. If I am in a subcategory of channels and either the Apple TV sleeps or maybe goes to screen saver, I cannot back out to the wider selection of channels that the app first starts in when freshly downloading the App. Work around, is to delete the App and reinstall. This gets me back to the main menu where I have to start over again. I also sometimes have issues with reconfirming my paid subscription. It states that iTunes is unavailable when I can access it through the Apple App Store.

**Update** February 6, 2018 - KorTV is no longer grandfathering a la carte subscriptions on the new 5th gen Apple TV. You cannot restore your paid subscription but instead must opt for the “all in one” package at $9.99. Emails to their support and contacts to their website all go unanswered. Apple has refunded my subscription fee. If you are looking for excellent Korean content, check out KOCOWA. They are infinitely better. KorTV offers a number of in-app purchases for various channels and content. One of the "Premium Live" channels is the ETN K-Pop channel. Originally, going back to KorTV's availability on Apple TV, this channel updated its programming weekly every Weds. or Thurs. to show new, current music videos. Starting in 2016, the weekly updates completely stopped. Instead, the ETN K-Pop channel went 8 months from January to August 2016 showing the same rotation of music videos every singe night. Finally, in August the content was updated to a new music videos. However, again it has not updated in almost 5 months. This is a premium paid content channel that has only updated its content twice in over a calendar year. Attempts to contact KorTV via their website, direct email or Facebook page have been futile with literally no response forthcoming from their Support Team. Apple really needs to curate these applications better and pull Companies like KorTV that do not provide proper support or provide the content that subscribers are paying monthly subscription fees that Apple collects via the iTunes store..
