Needs to be able to fast forward and go back
This app is a mess. You can only go forward or backwards in 10 second increments. What? That is beyond inconvenient.
I want to love it, it needs work
I love the catalog of movies and shows, but the app is glitchy and not as responsive as it should be. It could be more user friendly. Many times I have had issues even getting the app to start.
Horribly slow
While the app can almost be usable, it has got to be the slowest, least reliable app in the entire App Store. Start up time is painful, and G-d forbid you leave the app and come back to it. It has never restarted in any way, shape, or form that resembles acceptable. I find I have to throw it away and restart from scratch to get it to respond. It only doesn’t get zero stars because it does eventually display items to select.
Crashes less now
App used to crash every couple of minutes but when I connected it to the Apple TV app it stopped crashing so frequently.
App no longer working
The app will open sometimes, not load anything and close suddenly. The majority of the time it doesn’t open at all. The app on my Samsung phone and on Roku tv works fine. It appears to be a problem with apple products.
The app is aweful
This app is aweful. Half the time I can’t get anything to load, it just tells me they are having technical difficulties and I have to completely shut off my iPad and restart. Fast forwarding or rewinding causes it to crash, then once that happens nothing will load so I have to restart.
Your App doesn’t open anymore…
You went and changed everything . Overloaded the website with the same movies and series in several different categories , making it more difficult to watch my choices. Also, I can’t access my account because Your App on my I pad won’t open, nor on the main website. You are costing me money. I paid to watch your content and you are holding it hostage. I’m about READY TO Cancel! !!! I Chose the subscription because I’ve always loved Hallmark since I was A child. Now at 76 , I thought I d finally have some home entertainment because the programing on tv is awful and full of violence . Please fix the mess ! Mrs. Linda Kennedy Rochester, Ny
