Would love to love it, but it is unusable.
Despite NOT having a Mandy account connected to any email, regardless of what email I try to use to sign up it tells me it’s detected a Mandy account and to use the password for that, then when trying to sign up for Mandy to see if that fixes the issue… Mandy tells me to use my backstage Login to sign up. This feels hopeless.

I’m constantly seeing posts for things I’ve actively filtered out of my saved searches. Like I’ve selected no nudity and I’m still seeing projects where it is required. I wish the things you’ve already applied for didn’t show up on the list of projects after you’ve submitted to them. Also can we get back the feature in the saved drafts that shows when the auditions are DUE, not when you’ve saved them? These things are small, but it’s gotten to the point where I feel like I’ve wasted $165. Also this new update is so frustrating and takes even longer than previous versions to load ANYTHING.

Still waiting for the day that when I put in my search parameters, and click ‘see role’, the listing defaults on the role intended for me specifically, as in gender, age bracket, etc. As it is right now, I have to scroll through, ie: five 18-year-old male roles & others that don’t apply to me. Otherwise the app looks way way better, much more modern & current compared to a year ago. Thank you for that!

Very frustrated with this app. Multiple times I’ve tried sending messages through it, it’ll tell me the message is sent, but when I check back on the website via my laptop, the message didn’t send. This has cost me 2 well-paying gigs because they thought I ghosted them!!!! To be clear, the web browser version is great, and the customer service is courteous. The app is very frustrating.

Making my profile for this app I was ok with not being able to put certain things on your profile without paying for the subscription, but not being able to apply for roles at all? I have no doubt that this app is a great and is very user friendly, and I’ve always wanted an easy way to build my reputation up as a va, maybe this isn’t the way because I can’t afford it. I was on that app to make money, at which point I would get the subscription to then upgrade my account, I feel this app does the opposite. My suggestion, create a lower tier around $14.99 or even just $9.99 and only allow people to apply for “not paid” jobs. That way people are more inclined to use your app, then also have something to work towards. In the meantime I’ll be looking for another way to start my va career.

every time i submit, i want to choose the best photo for the specific role, but when you go to change it on the app, all the photos are blank. and you have to blind guess and keep tapping, hoping you click the right one.
