Commercials
Commercials now come with prime content. Gross 🤮
I’m confused ??
Why am I paying for prime which is a premium service and they still slide forced ads in here and there ?? I can watch free shows with ads ,why am I paying for ads ??
Constant feedback issues
Feedback audio cuts out after a repetitive ad “we will be right back” then fails all together. Playback constantly interrupted by AD’s even though i just watched one in the same minute. Too many ads! Playback suffers greatly & constantly stops back to the main screen even though my internet is high speed & im on an iphone 13.
Ads and dolby vision.
Initially I was OK with a couple of pre-roll Ads, then they started showing ads DURING the episode and this is not a short 15 sec ad they go all in with 30 sec multiple clips. At some point I found out that Dolby Vision is NOT included. Dolby Vision is METADATA. This is some outrageous greed Amazon.
No more ads!
Amazon already makes an outrageous amount of money just from data mining, and now has ads too - Greedy!!! Does no one on Amazon’s board have a conscience? How many loyal subscribers have to stop renewing before this latest money grab get rescinded?
Nope.
I can tolerate ads for 3rd party content but not for content that I’m already paying for… I will be suspending my prime membership until Bezos comes to his senses and reverses this asinine policy. Also, your “Fallout” show is woke garbage.
Terrible Interface - meh shows - now w/ads
I’ve been a Prime subscriber for over 15 years and in that time have watched a handful of shows because it is always a pain. 1. To find what I want 2. To determine whether any given show is actually included in Prime or not (the “Free to you!” era was particularly ridiculous because I’m paying for Prime…) 3. Things you “buy” are difficult to find again. And like any digital purchases may actually be transitory 4. Moving from one device to another never seems to pull the current watching history, but somehow ALWAYS pulls the Closed Captioning setting. That should be per-device, not the account. The last show I rented I ended up buying physical media (sadly from Amazon) because I never could get all the way through after 2x rentals (48 hours once you start, but somehow always has streaming issues …). Lastly, the ads. I had no idea. I hadn’t watched anything for a while and thought maybe I had accidentally signed out. But no. Pretty low behavior to start sticking ads into the paid tier and then asking for ransom money to re-remove them. Tried a couple shows since, but have never got past the first set of ads. Why when I can go to Crunchyroll, Netflix, BritBox,…
