Wonky voice, outdated visuals
I got this after seeing on Twitter that Amazon had an AR experience for The Wheel of Time, however I’m fairly underwhelmed and disappointed. First, there aren't that many things to interact with, and many of the items are small and underwhelming. The larger models look like they were pulled from a late 90s/early 2000s budget RPG game, with the only ones that look any good being the Myrddraal due to sheer size and the scale cities due to their detail. But perhaps the most disappointing feature apart from limited content is the fact that every voice line is narrated by the 1990s version of the Microsoft Sam voice simulator. Considering there aren’t that many things to interact with, and only one or two lines are spoken per item, they could have at least found a real person to voice the narrations instead of using a voice generator.

The wheel of time AR is pretty cool! You can interact with various creatures and artifacts from the show and hear all about them. Fun for any wheel of time fan!

I received an Amazon box with the Augmented Reality Pumpkin. I tried to download the app, but it was not compatible with my iPhone 6. I recently got an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I downloaded this app. I looked forward to watching the augmented pumpkin. It did not work. How unfortunate. I will now uninstall the app.

Ditto to other reviewers. We just discovered an old pumpkin box and it doesn’t work. Super disappointing to the 4 year old that just drew a pumpkin face thinking something fun was going to come of it.
