Both of my daughters have experienced this problem. Everything they’ve done is saved, and stays saved for awhile, then suddenly at random they will lose everything they’ve ever done and all their gifts. It’s like the game resets itself at random and you lose everything you decorated. This has happened many times and it really devastates them. We have spent so much money on this game and I find it RIDICULOUS that they cannot fix this glitch. They’re glad to take your money but they won’t fix errors in the game that are very upsetting. Read other reviews and see it happens to others too, not just my daughters
