Great tool to use for tracking and messaging
Refresh is horrible
Constantly having issues refreshing conversations. To the point I have to stop the app and re open it.
Love the updates but
That the texts come from a different number every time is incompatible with parental controls on my kiddos phone—they cannot receive messages from unknown numbers.
not accessible for Blind to read messages, even with Apple voice over
The Remind is not accessible for Blind
Not user friendly
This is the most uninformative app. Can’t find anything.
Difficult to use
Unless you're sending an announcement to the whole class (parents), it is difficult to use. It assumes you know parents' names, because you can't just go to a list and see the child that's associated with the parent without having to hoover over the child's initials or typing in the child's name. Nobody has time for that? If you want to sent a specific message to a particular group of parents, it doesn't allow. The only options are to delete and some other ridiculous thing, and this is after you've hoovered over all of the names, checked the ones you want to send the message to and it gives you every option, except message. So then you have to select names individually, which is really a serious pain and waste of more time. This designer did not have teachers in mind for sure. Go and look at how TalkingPoints does it. All of the "names" are there, not initials. You can click on one, some, or send a class message. Most teachers I know do not like Remind, because it reminds them of struggle, and our job is difficult enough. It is not teacher friendly at all. Thank you
Great Communication Tool
Remind is an awesome way to reach the masses and keep the lines of communication open. I love the scheduling option.
