You have to pay for an entire year to use it which isn’t worth it when there’s only one course I’m interested in. Also, it says you can try it free for one month but when you check out it says you have to pay for a year but if you don’t like it within 30 days you can request a refund and *maybe* they’ll refund you.

Why bother downloading videos if you can’t access them offline. I downloaded hours worth of content before a flight only to find this app doesn’t let you access any of your downloaded content if you are not connected to the internet… downloaded or not?!? Terrible!!

Paid for subscription and its been posted to my visa for a week now. App doesnt recognize that I have a subscription. Contacted the MasterClass team multiple times. Contacted Apple. No response. Looks like a common problem with Materclass. I have no problems with any other Apple subscriptions.

Wow. I’ve been using MasterClass for awhile now. Somewhat informative. A lot of the classes drone on quite a bit. They advertised “Crisis Day: Inside 9/11 with Condalezza Rice” It was supposed to start in March. I waited, very excited! Then it never came. Just a commercial. I emailed Master Class “support” and got vague answers back. I still don’t know what’s happening with this class or app.

I wanted to try the Tom Morello guitar class. I don’t particularly like his style but he is a professional guitarist and, although his style is so very different, I have learned some things. Since I paid for a year I was looking for some more classes in most but everything was by washed out artists or styles I would normally listen to like rap/hop hop/ beat making etc. If you are into these new music styles you may find value in Masterclass and it is cheap after all. Me however, tried the St. Vincent class about songwriting and all she was talking about was fears and self judgement and imposter syndrome etc, so I gave up after 3 videos.

I keep getting connection failed on the app and website on different devices with different high speed networks. Recommend to stay away until this is fixed
