Doesn’t work with my university anymore.
It worked before, but ever since I had to update my password it simply will not let me log into the app.

I’ve used this for several classes and there’s always some new issue that comes along to throw everything off. One day it might let you submit everything perfectly, the next it will only want PDFs. Half of the time the discussion pages just don’t work, and the grade updates and feedbacks don’t like to load. It’s not even a mobile thing either. I’ve had this happen on desktops, laptops, my IPad, phone, you name it. Garbage app and site, I wish schools would just throw it out and pick something better. To the devs, do better.

Title. Doesn’t send notifications anymore. Settings inside and outside the app are all on. Phone notifications are bugged or removed.

You would think that with all the money students pay to universities, and they in turn spend on this platform, the app would be more well out together than a casino simulation app. The app is always crashing, and when it doesn’t, it hardly works. Can’t see any written assignment instructions, only that you have one do, for the details, you need to log in to the website. The discussion boards are almost just as bad, but you can at least see the instructions. It’s just a bad investment and app all together.

Glitchiest app I have ever used and it doesn’t work like the website does. Sometimes it won’t even sign in until refreshing the app. Other times it forgets you’re even a student. I go to click on classes and it acts like it opens the class then goes to Home Screen and freezes. Constantly freezing assignments and won’t fix until reloading the app, and sometimes won’t let you even submit an assignment. I do not understand how this is so difficult to make a GUI that works as intended.

United StatesClicking a notification does nothing
My biggest issue with the app is when I get a notification about a grade or a message, I click it and it takes me to the home page and accomplishes nothing. It's a web app pretending to be a functional piece of software and honestly it's easier most of the time to open a computer and use the website than actually waiting for the app to load. Notifications NEVER arrive on time, and reminders are NEVER received in advance. Also has an absolutely terrible user interface, unfriendly and extremely unreadable. Especially the journal entry function. Everything is either a grey or white square box text box or button. Total trash application.
