Very buggy, crashes, doesn’t sync
In my role I use the app primarily for issue tracking. Clicking on items in the Notifications list crashes the app about 25% of the time. I have crash reporting turned on in the settings so maybe they are getting them. The My Issues list hardly ever syncs with the server, I often have to go into Settings and reset the app to force it to pull down the current list.

I wish I could use this app on mobile. But the filtering does not work at all. When trying to filter by a release milestone, if your project has a lot of them, good luck! Does not work. And it’s been this way for a long time!

Non user friemdly
I've been a Smartsheet user for years reason I've used to Jira. I'm working with a client uses Zoho and I find the application wanting. There is to much detail in a review, simply put, you can do better.
