Can’t add passport to Apple wallet
Been broken for years lol Take it out of the app if you’re not going to fix it. Just have a little icon saying it was too hard.
Layoffs ruined the app. Time to shut things down, TA
Two years ago this app was the absolute best! I could not rave about it enough. Since the two massive layoffs these last couple years, it’s the spirit airlines of the travel accommodation world. You book seats with a partner, it’ll put you on opposite ends of the plane. You write into support, you won’t hear back. I emphasize with the hard times travel companies are facing, but no other company has had a black and white shift like TripActions/Navan. Update after 2 years. App still broken. Required to go through support for making a booking due to bug. Then flight got delayed and when I wrote to support I was told to go speak to the agents in person
Try to avoid
This is worst what happened to our company. Useless support, price manipulations, and tons of bugs which make this service impossible to use. Our travel operations are now complex and consuming much mire time then ever before.

Customer service non-existent
I’m not going to go through my entire story, but notice how every 5 start review is an obviously fake rating with planted verbiage?! I’m forced to use this app, and will minimize interaction with this company to maximum extent possible. Customer service is non-existent. Got stuck overseas for two days due to incompetence.
