I’ll give it five stars because the app is very quick and effective only thing is timing with orders that’s all but the driver has to know when to arrive early to the locations

If you are hoping for a side hustle this is NOT it. Unreliable, and inconsistent, it is a GAME to earn money. If you think you can pick up an order before/after you run a personal errand, nearby the same shopping area you are in, this is NOT that app. It will go the opposite of where you are or planning to be. Shopping in RegionA for example; you most likely will receive opportunity in RegionD RegA,B not at all available. This includes just planning your day or a handful of hours to earn some money and help others, is just a Game to Shipt and its app. Notifications will disable daily, orders drop after you have shopped and stand with cashier. *Orders and items at times need to be dropped, the perishable items are left out togo to waste. With no resolve, i have asked for explanations left to stare at the app for another order, confusing to me and customers. “Perks” are offered when you reach “levels”, these are just more apps to payfor and add. I have not seen that the app can sustain such supplements. Pitfalls to the algorithm hav been consistently a waste of time, effort and petro for over 3years. Will NOT recommend.

The app runs awesome lately but I just hope there could be a dark mode especially for those of us with old phones burning out our screens and batteries on hour after hour of bright screens. I’m sure it would allow us an hour or two on the road and help reduce downtime (and customer waits!) charging. Also when selecting the number of items the UPC is not listed so we have to go back to another screen to view it. Oh and also, why not show the list of options for chat BEFORE we type in something that 90% of the time is met with “Sorry! We don’t understand - but pick something!”

It has its moments, I LOVE THE JOB, I’m not a fan of weekly payouts, on Sundays if you don’t cash out by 12am you have to wait all the way until Friday to get your money , after working all day making 200-300 dollars if you don’t cash out by 12 am you have to wait until Friday and God forbid you have a bill to pay the following day 😭 of course you can cash out every other day whenever but Sundays if you don’t they should give you an option or something because it messes a lot of people up especially if you’re waiting on tips also they sent me an order at 12:30 that was do at 1:00pm and told me if I’m late fill out the form meanwhile it was THEIR FAULT and it didn’t become a promo and when you fill out the form majority of the time they deny a late forgiveness,,, use to be a nice job to work for but they’re starting to become strict on things out of the shoppers control and now when you have a promo order if you claim it 15 mins before the delivery window and have to shop it now they’re marking you late I guess they expect you to be able to drive and shop within 15 mins…

I’ve been checking back day and day again because I get notifications that routes are available but when I load up it says no routes available the app is not working I deleted and reinstalled still not fixed I don’t understand why I’m having these issues would like it and appreciate it a lot if I could talk to a representative about this thanks
