I’m just trying to photograph a receipt. The app spent 45 seconds spinning while “authenticating”, then another minute and 30 seconds spinning trying to load the expense list. I needed 15 seconds to photograph the receipt but was stuck waiting for the app for nearly 3 minutes.

Before the app was updated to this “new look” a user was able to store up to 4 locations in the “personal mileage” section. This made it much easier for drivers that frequent the same destinations not to have to type in the exact same addresses daily. Why it’s missing I don’t know, but it is an extremely frustrating loss to many of us daily travelers.

I shouldn’t have to type the “comment” or “business purpose” 2 or 3 times while proceeding into an expense report. It will ask for both while attaching a receipt then immediately on the next page I will have to re-type the same message in the same boxes even though I have clicked “save” before proceeding. Thank you

Review after 2 years of use: App locks up when you try to move an expense out of a report and into a new one. app does not allow for one way car rental. App & website consistently crash. If actually worked, it’d be a great app.
