Terrible company

If you ever have an issue with their product expect to not get a response. Customer service and my sales rep will not get back to me after emailing for close to a month. They are over billing me for my services even with a signed contract. Horrible company and truly have never had a worse experience with a company.

Again instead of fixing,they broke existing functionality

Today they push one update to fix credit card payment screen .... the issue never got fixed with the update But there crappy fix broke functionality of adding tip amount pop up So instead of fixing they broke existing functionality again This is how they fix.......... full crap

Great Fit, and Always Improving

Highly customizable, easy to configure database, highly competitive pricing — but best of all, customer support. We had a lot of questions and asked for a lot of hand holding during setup. I’m amazing by the service and support! I’m also impressed that the software is being updated, and we’ve seen requested features actually implemented. With previous POSes, it felt like the “suggestion box” was attached to a shredder. Thank you for listening, Lightspeed!

Fix this app so At the shop we can listen to Spotify while using the app

This is so ridiculous..this app doesn’t allow you to use any music in the background like Spotify, when we open the app the music stops playing!! This is ridiculous... fix it ASAP before I delete this app

Poorly written

You can’t even sign up without getting an “unknown error occurred.” Cmon, how you going to create something that can’t even get passed the sign up page without an error occurring that it can’t even describe what the error cause was.
