The only way to work effectively on this platform is to use the app while driving, which is illegal in every state. Every update to the app causes more bugs. Unannounced UI changes make it difficult to navigate. Making buttons smaller and moving them closer together makes it difficult to properly reject an offer without accruing additional penalties for acceptance then rejection. Moving information like delivery addresses and making them smaller and less bold so they’re harder to find/see (remember GH requires you to break the law and use the app while driving) adds another layer of difficulty. I can only conclude GH takes out a life insurance policy on all drivers and makes things more difficult so they have a better chance of collecting. It’s the only thing that makes sense.

Catch 22 Driver experience: 89% percent of the offers are too low for the distance and or too far away. Cheap customers order food from 4 towns away and you have to reject the offers. But when you reject an offer it lowers your acceptance rating. It then uses your acceptance rating as leverage and an excuse not to give you more offers or new schedules. You will sit in a parking lot for 2 or 3 hours waiting for offers. If your lucky and get a couple offers that are worth it and make some money the driver app then starts a pay it forward chain and sends you a bulk amount offers that are twice as low as the last and twice as far as the last. Evil customers only tip $2 or $3 dollars and when you get to there street there’s fresh patches of black top and tar everywhere or there street has too many pot holes. When i call the customer service Line they give you bad advice and try to trick me into driving to a farther away hotspot just to wast some more gas. UPDATE total scam they tank your commitment rating with bad offers then give you 3rd access to offers while on schedule.UPDATE MARCH11 2024 only whoever is the most gullible and excepts the most underpaid offers will be aloud to log in if there’s to many drivers logged in.UPDATE app punishes driver=driver punishes customer and company
