Scammer costing us money
So I've noticed we are paying google to have scammers and sales people to call us and try to scam us but they are costing us money because anyone who clicks on the call button we get charged a fee. I suspended my Google ads account and I use Facebook because Facebook is cheaper and charges a flat fee. Google =indian scams

Google ads used to be fairly decent to use years ago. Every year they change it for the worse. This version is absolutely the worst. Such a shame these idiots can’t stick with a version that works for their customers… Advertisers should go with Microsoft. It’s easy and fast! Get the same exact results without the hassle.

All fake and they clearly stealing all your money, They don’t show my ads correctly and cause I’m losing business My ads suddenly jumped from $3 to $60 and I paused them still going up to $70…. What is this? Every day I only pay for fake scam and fake clicks… please stop stealing money and it doesn’t show what clicks or search phrases caused this… All fake clicks which Google determinedly reduce around $10 for each… nobody monitors Google and the way they stealing money from small businesses… for two fake clicks they charge me very expensive amount… I paused my ads at certain amounts, they just in rush to charge more and although my ads are on paused they make the charge double… I think google got sued recently but still they didn’t catch their lessons and become worse than before… all fake no conversion… the same ads which every day reduce certain amount of money suddenly today costs three times higher… clearly stealing money… all fake… they recently start to stealing money in new methods… my spending today until 8:30 pm was X dollars then at 11 PM become five times higher… they don’t show exact amount in order to you keep your ads on then suddenly jumped up the billing five times… they hire fake Indian people with fake jobs who always looking for ridiculously low prices or book an appointment then cancel it…. They just gave me the worst customers which they make sure doesn’t have money to pay… they make it better for 1-2 days then again start stealing money… they don’t show my ads correctly they don’t show it as a first link or totally not showing the ad at all… all fake in four hours they charge me suddenly a high amount the same ads which was running everyday…. All fake… they determinedly do something my ads have only zero or one conversion while before my complaints it gad a lot more conversion… nobody monitoring google how they easily stealing money from small businesses… I can’t believe this things happen in US… all fake and one conversion to cover their scam and stealing money… horrible all fake… one day it has conversion the other day no conversion … playing games all the time… all fake… no real customer … ponzy scheme… all fake clicks… they rushing to steal money when I turned off my ads for few days and on it again my balance went up tremendously to compensate few days being off. Nobody monitoring Google how they steal money from small businesses… I paused my ads my balance went double… all fake… not showing my ads correctly and hiding several five stars reviews on our google my business profile… all fake stealing money… my bills went up double hours after pausing my ads… stealing money… all fake… the same type of ads costs me yesterday X amount of dollars and today 10* X amount of dollars… they just tricking and stealing money … one of my ads today goes %50 over spending budget and it dramatically makes a higher bill compare to the past when I running it… all fake… they clearly stealing money my bill in few hours higher than one day and it keeps going up even though I paused it… my google ads app doesn’t show the detailed search phrase cost… it used to show each customer search phrase and the amount it costed me… then I could remove the unrelated ones but now it’s all blank in order to I can’t put unrelated search phrase in negative keywords and paying extra money for no reason and some how stealing money from me… I can’t believe how all this happening while I several times complained and wrote reviews about same issues… horrible… my bills from gets double suddenly… all fake…. They charged me $100 just in one hour for fake clicks and nobody contacted us… they charge me in few hours like my ads running for two day… all fake… stealing money…. My bill jumped from $50 to $250…. The charges got doubled even I paused and sent feedback… all fake … it doesn’t show my ads correctly… all fake… after lots if complaints they stop stealing money obviously but they start to give all fake statistics without any conversion…. After stealing thousands of dollars they don’t shows my ads correctly and no conversion…. Stealing money all fakes clicks… my ads don’t have impressions and they don’t show them correctly since they can’t steal money….. after a while tgey start stealing money again and I paused my ads again it cones to triple amount… horrible… all fake… all fake… all fake calls and clicks from our competitors who can’t afford the service fee… they charge me 10 times higher today…. My bills went triple higher after I paused it…. Only stealing money no conversion… all fake…. They suspended my account to get rid of me reporting them for scam and fraud… they closed my account without any notification suddenly and they ghosted me to provide any information on that… I contacted customer support tens of times they playing games and rejected my documents for fake and invalid reasons… we provide extra IRS documents google needed for purpose of verification but still our account remains suspended… we provide all required documents they requested but still our account remains suspended and they don’t provide any clear reason… they keep our account suspended after revealing their scam and frauds to government agencies… it takes months they reply back to our support requests and when they answer they just send a template email… this company doesn’t address any of our support requests and acting like their based in India rather than US… we’re contacting Google support for our account suspension, we come to the point they asking me for my bank account balance or previous debit card information which doesn’t make sense at all… I contacted google support team to see what’s wrong with my account… they are terribly slow in responding and most of the time send you template email which doesn’t answer your questions or related to what you ask them…. After asking me non sense information about my bank account or expired debit card information…. They again send me a template email my appeal got rejected…

I’ve never met a company so undeserving of being in business than Google Ads. The experience has been so terrible I am debating whether to contact a lawyer, an Ombudsman or both.
