Only new dashers are worth anything
I would like to start out by saying this app is easy to use they go through instructions on how to use it when you first download the app and then it smooth sailing from there. Now for the real review the only reason I’m giving this app 3 stars is because when I was a new dasher it went great. I was getting orders I could go out whenever I wanted this really helped me out. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end apparently because after two weeks they stopped giving me high paying orders and only let me dash for a half hour and that’s not even worth the gas you lose without those high paying orders. If anyone is on the fence about dashing you should totally go for it but only for the first 2 weeks after that they want you to schedule but they don’t offer you anything or if they do it’s very little. This company pushes you to the side and only cares about new drivers coming in. I spent hours trying to work this out with support even got up to support supervisor she was very nice but stated there’s nothing anyone can do this is just how it is. I wanted to dedicate myself and do this full time but unfortunately like I stated before they only want new drivers to keep this coming in they don’t care about you after you work for the 2 weeks. I will keep checking back to see if anything changes but unfortunately this is just where we are. I’ll be looking for a new app that cares about their drivers who actually want to put in the effort not just a quick side gig.

United StatesSCAN NOT WORKING FOR ALCOHOL ORDERS
Overall, it is smooth and I give it a 5 star. Today, the app wouldn’t scan the girl’s id for alcohol delivery, and i wasted like 20 minutes trying to scan it. I contacted dasher support and all they kept telling me was, go and scan it 2 times and you can enter manually. Literally zero help. I had to called spanish support because the english agent one was stubborn and didn’t want to understand it wouldn’t work. I wasted 1 hour trying to figure this delivery. Thats why i am giving it 1 star. They want us to do this and do that but have an outdated system. IF USERS WANT TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL, HERS OR HIS ID SHOULD BE SCANNED BY THEMSELVES, NOT US. ALL WE SHOULD DO IS VERIFY PHYSICALLY.

If you get your details wrong by accident just delete the app. If you call their phone and ask for help they redirect you to checkr where even if you told them your government name, government birthday, social security, card number, drivers license, your blood type, how tall you are, picture proof, they’ll still deny that you are you. Yes you heard me. They will get your info and say you’re not you. Guess it’s rated 1.4/5 on trust sites for a reason

Ive been using this app for a while. I went to log in a couple days and I got a notification that my account was deactivated for abusing the platform, and all i did was change my phone number in the app. This app has a lot to work on. Ive spoken to tech support and all they said was that the deactivation still stands. I’ve tried sending an email. This was my full time job. Do not download this app.

I had a problem so I decided to text there virtual customer support which lead me to a an actual person to help with my problem. When I spoke to them they were extremely rude and acted like they didn’t even read my problem but once i questioned them and asked my question they said “goodbye see you soon” and end the conversation never help me with my problem. I don’t not recommend door dashing most people don’t tip and for all the driving you do DoorDash only gives you $4 dollars they doesn’t help when you live in a small town with only 1 of each stores.
