There is no way to delete alerts. I get several from my organization and get to a point where I have to delete the app and reinstall. This is the most basic of basic like going back to DOS line code.

My company requires emergency response officers to use this app for emergency notifications. Horrible interface and no support to individual users. No way to delete old messages or alerts for app mailbox. I have some from 400 days ago. I tried contacting the app help number got a call center that knew nothing about it. Left a message asking for tech support and nothing happened.
